About Our Company

Founded in 2010, Cultural Noire Performing Arts Company is a theatrical company whose purpose is to produce and preserve the richness of the African Diaspora through its presented artistic works and programs.  From its ongoing partnership with Project1VOICE/New York City to being a 2016-17 Global Presenting Partner of the National Museum of African American History and Culture’s (NMAAHC) “Lift Every Voice” Global Grand Opening Celebration, the theatre company is an artistic cultural institution that sustains historical legacy in a contemporary world.

Our mission is to produce and present artistic works, both historical and contemporary, that represent and celebrate the aesthetic of the African Diaspora.
